"The Republican Party of Florida is a full-time organization. The grassroots consistently agrees that for the $110,000/ yr salary it pays, it demands and deserves a full-time chair! Feb 18, we are going to pick that Chair and my Partner in RPOF leadership.

Shawn R. Frost, Vice Chairman Candidate RPOF

It’s almost here!

The Republican Party of Florida is Electing a New Chairman and the Grassroots are Excited About the Change!

Anyone can be nominated from the floor. Rather than speculate on who might be nominated, we simply note the possibility.

"I'm running for Vice Chairman, and I'm winning. Once elected, together we will implement *we the grassroots* plan to Keep Florida Winning and make sure our chairman honors his campaign pledge to be a full time chair. I will honor the decision of the Committee or Governor, if he chooses to weigh in.

Shawn R. Frost, Vice Chairman Candidate RPOF

This is where the grassroots weighs in...

In the next week we will see what it means to work full-time as a Chairman solving problems together. Since we moved our meeting, we are in limbo and this is the perfect opportunity for the grassroots leaders to work together and serve as the interim Chairman. This is also a place for either of the two candidates (or anyone thinking of running from the floor) to see the aggregated feedback

Grassroots 2024 Expectations (as compiled by Frost) Show Respect and Bring Resources:

1- Chair will work a minimum of 2000 hours per year (Vice 1000)

2- Chair Travel at least 2024miles per month in service to the RPOF and have published hours at RPOF HQ and County VIctory centers or REC meetings

3. Return texts or phone calls within 24 hours (even if the chair doesn't like the member- this is a business)\

4. Notify the Chair, SCW, and SCM at least 24 hours before the Chair or prominent Republican comes to their county (unless safety is in question)

5.  "The 5x rule" Both the Vice Chair and Chair should raise 5x their annual salary each month! The Chair for the party and the Vice Chair for the RECs
